Returns & Refunds

With The Fitting Room you will have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused products for a full refund. This is TFR general return policy, however, the exact return details might vary depending on the designer’s policy or the product.

If the customer has a valid reason for return, TFR will bear all return shipment charges; otherwise the customer will cover the return fees.

The return process is extremely easy; simply go to your orders, request a new return, and explain the reason for the return. Make sure you have your Return Slip and Air Waybill ready.
